RODNEY C. CASHE, a native of Baton Rouge, followed a business law curriculum at Louisiana State University before earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 1972. He has practiced law in Hammond since that time. Mr. Cashe served as President of the 21st Judicial District Bar Association from 1980-1982, is an active member of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Louisiana Bankers Association/Bank Counsel Section and is a Fellow of the Louisiana Bar Foundation. |

ANDRE G. COUDRAIN, a New Orleans native, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1979 and earned a Juris Doctorate degree in 1983 from Loyola University Law School. Since that time, he has practiced in Hammond, focusing on real estate and commercial areas of law. Mr. Coudrain has served as the Hammond City Attorney since January, 2003. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the 21st Judicial District Bar Association and the Louisiana Bankers Association/Bank Counsel Section. He is a Fellow of the Louisiana Bar Foundation and a founding member of the Inns of Court for the 21st Judicial District Court. |

JEFFREY C. CASHE, a native of Hammond, received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in 2002. He returned to Louisiana in February, 2004 to join Cashe Lewis Coudrain & Sandage. Jeff is a member of the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, Texas Young Lawyers, Louisiana Young Lawyers, the
21st Judicial District Bar Association, American Bar Association and Federal Bar Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Richard Murphy Hospice House and the Downtown Development District. |

KELLY BELLARD, a graduate of McNeese State University, has served as manager of Magnolia Street Title since 2007. She has experience in closing loans and other real estate transactions since 1985, having worked for real estate attorneys in Lafayette, Slidell, Covington and Hammond. Kelly joined Magnolia Street Title in 2003 and received her Louisiana notarial commission in 2006. |

BRETT BOVA•SCHATZLE joined Magnolia Street Title in 2009. She has worked for local lender First Community Bank, and applies her banking experience to assist with loan closings. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. While at Southeastern, Brett served as the 2004-2005 Student Government Association President and is a current member of the Hammond Kiwanis Club. |
